I’m Omar Hassan Khan
Born and raised in Great Britain, currently residing in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
I have worked in the games industry for over a decade as a gameplay animator. I specialise in keyframe animation, viewport animation, performance capture production and clean up.
My first start in the games industry was in 2013 when I joined Crytek as a Games Tester. During this time, I developed skills in Games Testing and documentation.
During my time at Crytek, I joined the Animation team. This was a dream of mine and I learned how animation works in the games industry, both artistically and technically. Learning and developing animations for first person and third person, learning CryENGINE to help HUNT:Showdown to become the success that it is.
In 2022, I joined Gunzilla Games and started working on OFF THE GRID. A cyberpunk battle royale through the vision of Neill Blomkampp (Director of District 9, Elysium, Chappie). My time at Gunzilla allowed me to learn about cinematic animation, as well continuing gameplay animation. This ranged from facial capture and cleanup, performance capture production and cleanup, and marketing materials.
